It says right there in the screenshot right? I’ve made 6 comments. None of them really controversial or political and completely related to post or comment I’ve replied to and still I was marked as bot. Why??

In your settings you have likely switched on the bot account setting. Switch it off and see what happens.

Are you checking your profile on a different instance? Comments in communities that aren’t (yet) replicated to that instance won’t show up
Go to your account settings and uncheck bot account checkbox.
it could be an accident. have you tried contacting the instance admins?
No it’s resolved. There’s an option in the setting it’s because of that
